Learn About Clark Memorial Hall

Built in 1888 in the Second Empire style by the Independent Order of Oddfellows (IOOF), Clark Memorial Hall is one of the more prominent architectural achievements still standing in historic downtown Adrian, Michigan.

Brad and Casie Maggard, lifelong Adrian residents, purchased the building in January 2015. They moved their business (Maggard Razors) into the first floor, and quickly began investing a significant amount of time and money into the building. Their goal is to restore the building to its original glory. This site is a compilation of the research and a documentation of their progress towards that goal.
